About Compost
Instead of growing plants in the ground, many people choose to grow vegetables in containers.
General gardening advice.
A greenhouse is a closed space for the cultivation of fruits and vegetables. It consists of a structure that supports a translucent outer shell of glass or plastic. It is a protected place where you can control environmental factors for optimal plant growth.
Heirloom seeds and plants are old-time favorites that produce plants with the same traits planting after planting, season after season, generation after generation.
Sprouts and microgreens are easy to grow indoors. Sprouts germinate in water. Microgreens must be grown in soil. The editable parts of microgreens are leaves and stems. The stem and seed of sprouts are delicious, but slightly less nutritious than microgreens.
